Mobile-Area Toyota Sales Climb In AprilMIAMI, May 4 Southeast Toyota Distributors, Inc. reports that April's retail truck sales at Toyota's three Mobile-area dealers climbed 23 percent over the year-ago month while car sales advanced 15 percent. Mobile-area dealers include Airport Toyota, Springhill Toyota, and Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola. In the five-state region served by Southeast Toyota, an all-time April sales record was established, with retail truck sales advancing 43 percent over the year-ago month and retail car sales advancing 17 percent. April's sales leaders include four all-new Toyota offerings: the full-size Indiana-built Tundra pickup, the affordable ECHO sedan, the radically styled Celica sports car, and the Kentucky-built Avalon sedan.
