Carlisle Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

    SYRACUSE, N.Y.--May 3, 2000--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.18 per share, payable on June 1, 2000 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 17, 2000.
