Starcraft Names Richard J. Mullin Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

    GOSHEN, Ind.--May 1, 2000--Starcraft Corporation (Nasdaq:STCR) has announced today that the Company has hired Richard J. Mullin as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Mullin has 25 years experience in public accounting and various top management positions for a public company.
    Prior to joining Starcraft Corporation, Mullin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of WELLS-CTI Inc., an international engineering and manufacturing division of PCD, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company. He played a pivotal role in the merger between CTI, Inc. and Wells Electronics, Inc. At Wells Electronics, Mullin served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, from 1983 - 1993.
    From 1975 to 1983, he was Senior Audit Manager at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., South Bend, Indiana, responsible for annual audits and financial reporting for a variety of clients in diverse industries, including recreational vehicle, construction, finance and general manufacturing.
    Commenting on the appointment, Michael H. Schoeffler said, "As the Company continues to successfully implement its growth strategy, we have identified the need for additional senior management with strong experience in managing a growth situation like Starcraft. Rich possesses a unique blend of executive and financial know-how having run a growing division of a public company and gaining extensive financial experience as a public accountant and financial officer.     Mullin received an executive MBA and a BBA in Finance and Business Economics form the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
