Honeywell Declares Dividend

    MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J.--May 1, 2000--The Board of Directors of Honeywell (NYSE: HON) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share on the company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable June 9, 2000, to shareowners of record on May 19, 2000.
