CeleXx Corporation Launches Powerful New Application for the Auto Industry

BOCA RATON, Fla.--April 28, 2000--CeleXx Corporation (OTCBB:CLXX) (www.celexx.com) today announced the formation of the CeleXx Special Applications Group and the launch of a powerful new product that links automobile dealers across the United States. "This unique tool," says Stephen R. Lounsberry, president of the new Group, "is a powerful new business application for tracking, viewing and categorizing inventories off automobiles at new and used car lots across the country. It's a practical application that makes information available instantly to dealers that traditionally require an infinite amount of phone calls."
The new product, called Dealer2Dealer, is a totally web-based application that will allow auto dealers to use their PCs to record and track their inventories and movement of new and used cars by 14 key criteria ranging from make and model, to serial number, age, color, accessories, condition, and number of cylinders. CeleXx believes that Dealer2Dealer is unique in the industry and that it will quickly revolutionize the way auto inventories move from dealer to dealer and between auto dealers and automobile auction houses. Says Lounsberry: "It takes the guesswork out of tracking cars and trucks. For a modest monthly fee, an auto dealer can search the entire country for a car of the specific make and model with the accessories he needs. Conversely, he can list his inventory on the site controlling the levels of access by other dealers. Also, since the product is entirely web-based there is no software for the dealer to buy, install or maintain. There is no requirement for extensive training, and new business registration on the site takes minutes." Dealer2Dealer is the first of a series of business-to-business web-based applications planned for launch this year.
Vincent Caminiti, Chief Operating Officer at CeleXx, announced that the new group has been established to coordinate the development and commercialization of software products and applications developed within the CeleXx organization and to aggressively pursue the acquisition and further development of other software applications that are synergistic with the company's overall mission of providing end-to-end corporate solutions for its customers.
