Golden Fortune Acquires China Rights to Petro-Oxy 2000

    VANCOUVER, British Columbia--April 27, 2000-- Golden Fortune Investments Ltd. (CDNX:GFX) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary; G.F. Technology & Development Inc. (GFTD) had reached a multi-year exclusive license agreement in principle with 3222641 Canada Inc, a privately held manufacturing company in Laval, Quebec for Petro-Oxy 2000(TM). GFIL will issue shares and capital over a period of 2 years for the exclusive rights.
    Subject to regulatory approvals, the licensing agreement calls for GFTD's exclusive right to produce and market their Canadian Patent Pending Auto Emission Reduction and Fuel Saving Device for China. GFIL will also get the first right of refusal for other Asian countries.
    Petro-Oxy 2000(TM) use ionizer technology that breaks the molecular chain of hydrocarbons which then passes through a magnetic resonance field. Once separated, the molecules are better exposed to oxygen improving fuel combustion. The device also enhances acceleration and engine horse power. This enhancement is a result from the oxygen enriched fragmented hydrocarbons, which increases octane in the fuel. The result is a reduction in fuel consumption, longer engine life, and fewer maintenance problems.
    Petro-Oxy 2000(TM) is environmentally friendly. It eliminates black smoke commonly seen in exhaust, reduces harmful emissions such as Hydrocarbons, Nitrous-oxide, Carbon Monoxide (a poisonous and odorless gas), and Carbon-dioxide. Emissions from gasoline burning engines are reduced by approximately 70%, and 40%-60% for diesel engines. According to Environment Canada's Report Global Climate Change, "The largest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions in both absolute and growth terms, is transportation. The increase is about equally accounted for by passenger vehicles."
    The company is also pleased to announce that Ziqing (Matthew) Ou, M.Sc., B.Sc. has joined GFTD as project manager to oversee the overall development of production to marketing of Petro-Oxy 2000(TM) for China. Ou has over 14 years experience in environmental sciences and pollution control in 5 countries; Germany, USA, UK, Belgium and China. Currently, Ou is an Environmental Scientist with the Department of Environmental Pollution Control and Institute of Applied Ecology with the Chinese Academy of Sciences in China from 1998. Ou also served as a member of the National Research Center of Environment and Health with the Institute of Ecological Chemistry and Technical University of Munich in Germany.
