@Track Communications Forms Strategic Alliance With Lockheed Martin to Enhance Its Business Solutions for Transportation Industry

    RICHARDSON, Texas--April 27, 2000--@Track Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATRK), a leading provider of wireless-based vehicle fleet management and intelligent mobile asset-tracking solutions to commercial trucking and service vehicle fleets, today announced that @Track and Lockheed Martin Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) have formed a strategic alliance that will enable them to enhance their integrated mobile communications solutions to the transportation marketplace.
    Lockheed Martin, rated as the number one Federal Systems Integrator and one of the top four in e-business systems integration and IT outsourcing, will leverage its historic strengths in systems engineering, back-office integration and project management in this new alliance. With over $1.7 billion in transportation contracts, Lockheed Martin will also be drawing on its extensive experience in the transportation field gained in engagements for commercial vehicle operations, such as PrePass and GatePass, as well as its record of mission success for intelligent transportation systems.
