Quilty Named Director of Global Compensation Planning for Visteon Corporation
    DEARBORN, Mich., April 26 Visteon Corporation has named
Barbara A. Quilty director of global compensation planning.  She will be
responsible for developing and launching Visteon's global human resources
compensation and benefits strategy.
    "We are pleased to have Barbara on our human resources team," said Bob
Marcin, senior vice president, Human Resources.  "Her talent, in-depth
understanding of compensation and benefit issues and international experience
will help Visteon move quickly into its new role as an independent company."
    Quilty was most recently the rewards account leader at Monsanto Company
where she developed compensation and benefits programs for international
businesses, oversaw the stock options plan and was co-leader of the
compensation function.  During her 22-year career, she also has been director
of rewards and recognition at US West, Inc., and has held leadership positions
at Borden, Inc., MCI Telecommunications and The Washington Post Company.
    Quilty holds a bachelor's degree in economics and art history from Smith
College and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration
in finance and international business from the University of Chicago
