travelers to take advantage of Auto Europe's Spring Savings Incentives.

The incentives include a guaranteed free one-car class upgrade, from
compact to intermediate, in select European countries. In addition, travelers
will receive up to 10% off any car category, including car rentals, motor home
rentals and chauffeur services in Europe. Free cellular phone rentals are
also available with any one-week car rental.
For travelers wishing for a more upscale rental, Auto Europe is offering
25% off any Mercedes Benz, prestige or sports car rental in Europe. This
offer applies to any Mercedes Benz including the C, E & S Series, Mercedes
Benz Van or any prestige or sports car rental. Included with the discount
is a free cellular phone rental for the duration of the car rental.
The discount offer is valid for reservations made now through April 30,
2000 for travel through June 30, 2000. The upgrade offer is valid for
reservations booked and picked up by April 28, 2000. Available locations and
applicable car categories vary depending upon rental location and are
available in select European countries only. The Mercedes Benz discount and
Free Cellular Phone Rental offer are valid for reservations made now through
April 30, 2000 for pick ups through December 31, 2000. All discount offers
apply to time and mileage only. Discount offer varies depending upon length
of rental. Free cellular phone rental is valid for rental charges only,
excludes airtime, activation fees and any applicable delivery charges. Offers
cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount and are subject to
change without notice.
