AAA's VIA Magazine Hires New Ad Sales Manager

    SAN FRANCISCO--April 20, 2000--VIA -- AAA's travel magazine published in San Francisco -- has hired Andi Polisky as manager of advertising sales.
    VIA magazine has two editions serving nearly 3 million AAA member households in Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon and Idaho. VIA has the twentieth largest circulation in America.
    "In her new role, Andi will be responsible for directing advertising sales for VIA magazine, building a Western Conference regional advertising sales network and leading development of a national sales network for other AAA publications," said VIA publisher Don Patton.
    Polisky worked most recently as senior vice president, sales, for Women's TalkNet. She has extensive experience in advertising sales in the Los Angeles and San Francisco markets. She has led sales efforts for a variety of broadcast properties, including KKHI, KOFY-TV, KIOI-FM and KRLA-AM.
