DriveOff.com Launches Affiliate Marketing Program
    DENVER, April 19 Automotive e-commerce company,
DriveOff.com, today launched its affiliate marketing program through LinkShare
Corporation.  DriveOff.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of e-business solutions
provider Navidec Inc. (Nasdaq: NVDC), views its affiliate marketing program as
a cornerstone of the company's business-to-consumer marketing campaign.
