First Priority Group, Inc., Changes Name to driversshield.comPLAINVIEW, N.Y., April 18 First Priority Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FPGP) the nation's leading provider of managed auto care services and customer relationship management programs for the insurance industry, announced today that it is changing its name to driversshield.com. The new name is intended to create brand recognition in the marketplace and reflect the nature of the Company's business. All subsidiaries will bear the driversshield.com branding as well. This name change, which was approved by the board of directors, is subject to ratification by the shareholders of the Company at the next annual shareholders meeting to be held during the month of June 2000.
