    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 17 Continental Teves, N.A. was
recently awarded the Toyota Delivery Award in recognition of 100 percent
delivery performance in 1999, to the New United Motor Manufacturing Inc.
facility in Fremont, Calif.  The certificate was awarded at Toyota's recent
Annual Business Meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio.
