Former Citigroup Veteran Joins Leading Automotive
B2B E-Commerce Company

    Wrenchead.com, a leader in the automotive aftermarket e-commerce industry, announced the appointment of Mary E. Thomas as Chief Financial Officer. Thomas will lead the financial team and report directly to the company's Chief Executive Officer, Gus Conrades. In addition to her responsibilities as Wrenchead.com's CFO, she will assist Conrades on strategic development efforts, both domestically and internationally.

    Prior to joining Wrenchead, Ms. Thomas, was employed at Citigroup for 14 years as a Managing Director in Citicorp North America's Media and Telecom Department where she was responsible for raising capital and providing financial services for corporate clients in the Media and Telecom industries. She raised over $12B of financings for telecom and media projects in the US, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Her clients have included GTE, Cox, Century Communications, BellSouth, BellAtlantic, AOL, Charter Communications and Citizens Utilities. Prior to joining Citigroup, Ms. Thomas was employed as a C.P.A for Touche Ross & Co.
