AMA: Windham collects podium finish in New Orleans Supercross

2000 AMA/EA Sports Supercross Series Round 14: Louisiana Superdome, New Orleans,
Louisiana, April 15, 2000

Honda Red Rider Kevin Windham followed up last week's win in Irving, Texas with
another podium showing on his CR250R in what he considers his home town race,
finishing third this week behind David Vuillemin and Jeremy McGrath, the series
points runner-up and leader, respectively. Honda-supported Mike LaRocco took his
Team Amsoil/Factory Connection/Jack in the Box-backed Honda to fifth,
maintaining third in points with two rounds left. Honda's Sebastien Tortelli
finished eighth.
