Caliber Collision Expands Operation In San Antonio, Texas

IRVINE, Calif.--April 14, 2000--Caliber Collision Centers, a leading provider of collision repair services to consumers and the automobile insurance claims industry, announced the acquisition of Sanders-Fisher Auto Body in San Antonio, Texas.
The acquisition positions Caliber to meet the Blanco areas increasing demand for quality collision repair, according to Bill Lawrence, Caliber's Chief Operating Officer. "This Center, which is located within one mile of our 44,000 square foot Blanco Road facility, expands our capacity to service both consumers and insurers in this market. The significant increase in production square footage will impact cycle time and service levels by allowing for a more effective triaging of damaged vehicles and the resulting specialization of repair."

"This facility and this location complement our existing Blanco Road collision and mechanical service centers," said Doug Boazman, Caliber's Vice President -- Operations. "The additional repair capacity will enable us to better serve our customers and insurance clients."
