Lear Corporation Appoints Rodolfo Kroebel President Lear Electronics and Electrical Division - EuropeSULZBACH, Germany, April 12 Lear Corporation today announced the appointment of Rodolfo Kroebel to President of Lear Electronics and Electrical Division - Europe. (Photo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20000411/DETU021 ) In his new position, Kroebel is responsible for Lear's electronics and electrical activities throughout Europe. Based at Lear's European Technology Center in Valls, Spain, Kroebel reports to Randall Carron, President - International Operations. Kroebel joined Lear in May 1999 as a result of Lear's acquisition of United Technology Automotive, where he held a number of positions dating back to 1990. He most recently was vice president for the Lear Electronics and Electrical Division. His 25 years of experience in the automotive industry also includes positions with Plastic Dies and Tuta Products in South Africa. Kroebel received a technical/mechanical education and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Pretoria University in Pretoria, South Africa. Rodolfo and his wife, Ana Maria, reside in Vilafortuny, Spain, along with their two daughters.
