Tracks: NASCAR Super Late Models return to Irwindale Speedway

Irwindale, Calif. - - Yes … It's Tax Day 2000, but its also "Super Saturday NASCAR 
Night" at nearby Irwindale Speedway.  And, all "Official United States Taxpayers" 
are being offered a great way to turn their tax refund into a fun family night 
at the races, with five different divisions of race cars on the April 15 agenda. 

The NASCAR Super Late Models are already in a dogfight and the season is just 
two races old for them.  Points leader Greg Voigt of Goleta has North Hills' 
Ben Walker, Bakersfield's Dan Holtz, and Camarillo's Charles Utts right on his 
heels.  Add in the growling Grand American Modifieds and the sizzling Super Stocks 
and you've got a NASCAR stock car lover's dream evening.  And that's not all!

Irwindale's first 2000 season appearances of the feisty Legends Cars and the 
fast Ultra Wheel Spec Trucks are sure to be exciting ones.  Drivers in both of 
these divisions love competing at Irwindale Speedway and have been chomping at 
the bit to get back ever since their last race of '99.   Suffice it to say that 
they'll be action aplenty when each of these five divisions gets the green flag. 
 Fans of hot door-to-door racing are all invited.  By the way, the full pit area 
is always open for fan autographs and photos right after the final race of the 
evening.

seven day a week via the world-wide web at Tickets.com.  They may also be purchased
