ZAP Signs Private Placement Agency Agreement For $7.5 Million in Capital

    SEBASTOPOL, Calif.--April 4, 2000--ZAPWORLD.COM (OTC BB:ZAPP) of Sebastopol announced today it has signed an agreement in principle with the investment banking firm Donner Corporation International to raise for the Company up to $7.5 million in equity capital in a private placement.
    ZAP is a publicly owned company with stock trading under the symbol ZAPP.
