SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 4 SupplySolution, Inc.,
(headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA) providers of Internet based application
services to the automotive supplier community, has hired Henriette Douglas as
Director of Product Management. Douglas joined the SupplySolution team in the
Southfield, Michigan office on March 20, 2000. As Director of Product
Management, Douglas will lead product management activities for Internet
business-to-business supply-chain management applications. Her first
objective will be to manage the project development of the next release of
SupplySolution's flagship application, i-Supply(TM) Internet Service. i-
Supply is an Internet service that creates efficiencies up and down the
automotive supply chain by improving the ordering, inventory and supplier

Douglas came to SSI from SAP America, Inc., an ERP (Enterprise Resource
Planning) application provider where she worked as an Automotive ICOE
(Industry Center of Expertise) Consultant. Prior to SAP, Douglas held
positions at TRW, an automotive supplier, the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action
Group), a North American automotive trade association, and Chrysler
Corporation. Douglas specializes in electronic commerce project management,
automotive EDI requirements, and the design, development, and implementation
of various business systems that include financial, MRP, purchasing, and
sales.
