Composite Automobile Research Plans to Split Stock Forward 4 For 1

    EL CAJON, Calif., March 30 Composite Automobile Research
Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: CARH) through its wholly owned subsidiary World
Transport Authority (WTA) announces a special shareholder meeting scheduled
for June 1, 2000.  This meeting will be held at the corporate headquarters
located at 635 Front Street, El Cajon, California.  World Transport Authority
has negotiated numerous agreements for Master Licenses in various
international locations.  This forward movement for the Company raises several
issues to be addressed at the June 1st meeting.  The primary topic to be voted
on for ratification will be a Four-to-One Forward Split for the Company and
its shareholders.  Initiation of a Stock Option Program for Directors and
Employees will also be offered for ratification at this meeting.
Additionally, the idea of a company name change to World Transport Authority,
Inc., in light of the Company being no longer in the research phase, will be
addressed at that time.

manufacturing facilities utilizing local semi-skilled labor to produce the
WorldStar(R) line of utility vehicles.
