Swedish Car Manufacturer Signs Major Agreement for Micrografx Solutions
COPENHAGEN, Denmark--March 30, 2000--Micrografx Inc. , announced today an agreement with Volvo Information Technology in Goteborg, Sweden, for Micrografx products, including iGrafx Professional, iGrafx Designer and Micrografx FlowCharter."As a part of an ongoing quality development and awareness program, Volvo Information Technology AB has signed a worldwide contract with Micrografx Nordic ApS, covering all our PC users," stated Sven Fischer, product manager of Document Management and Workflow within Volvo IT AB.
"Technical drawing and process management is a big part of the quality program within Volvo, and to provide our users with tools for these tasks we have decided to make Micrografx iGrafx Professional and iGrafx Designer a part of our total toolbox selection, which consists of several high-end tools," Fischer added. "This way we can ensure that the user can pick the right tool for the right task."
