Top Driver Opens Driver Education Center in Hamden, CTGrand Opening Scheduled for April 1st, 2000 HAMDEN, Conn., March 29 Top Driver, the nation's largest and fastest growing driver education company, today announced the opening of a new training facility in Hamden Plaza, 2100 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, Connecticut and its sixth in the state.
