C5-R Corvette LeMans Racecar Drivers to Attend C5 Birthday Bash at Museum

Bowling Green, KY - Two drivers of the C5-R Corvette Race Team will
participate in the C5 Birthday Bash Celebration scheduled for April 13-16 at
the National Corvette Museum.  C5-R Corvette LeMans Racecar Team drivers Ron
Fellows (C5-R#63) and Andy Pilgrim (C5-R#64) will be part of the event
festivities and participate in an informative seminar on "C5-R Racing",
together with Doug "Doc" Fehan, Program Manager for GM racing and Gary
Claudio, Marketing Manager for FM Racing.
	Fellows is regarded as one of North America's best road racers and has won
in nearly every level of racing.  He currently ranks fifth all-time on the
SCCA Trans-AM Series with 19 career victories and is the series' all-time
earning leader.  He won the '98 NASCAR Busch Series event at Watkins Glen,
and also took the win at the '97 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event.
Fellows' also holds a win and two poles in two career starts in World Sports
Car competition, and was runner-up in Trans-AM points three straight years.
Fellows was the final driver to take the C5-R Corvette LeMans to a second
overall finish at the 24-Hours at Daytona, and at press time, he had taken
the pole position at the Superflo 12-Hours at Sebring.
	Andy Pilgrim has collected four fourth-series championships and has
obtained this year's Sports Car Speedvision Cup, Grand Sports class
championship.  Pilgrim competed in the Corvette Challenge series in
1989-1990, and took the win at Brainerd and Road Atlanta in 1989, and Road
Atlanta in 1990.  He was the '97 GT1 champion with wins at Mosport, Las
Vegas, Pikes Peak and Sebring Octoberfest.  During the GT2 class at Mid Ohio
in '98, he captured the win and followed it with a win at the '98 Motorola
Cup Grand Sports event at Homestead.	The exciting weekend will have a
special race theme display featuring the 2000 Millennium yellow Pace car
from the 24 Hours at Daytona race.  Fellows and Pilgrim will also be part of
a special autograph session, C5-R brick ceremony and participate in the
