Cahoots, Ferrari Team Up to Drive Proliferation of Live Web-wide Network; Agreement To Utilize Leading-Edge Cahoots Communication Technology

    BRISBANE, Calif.--March 28, 2000--Cahoots,(TM) Inc. today announced that Ferrari North America is using the Cahoots Live Web-Wide Communications Network(TM) to enhance the experience of visitors to Ferrari.com and the brand of Ferrari. Ferrari North America will also collaborate with Cahoots to distribute the Cahoots technology to its Website visitors and to Ferrari customers.
    Under the agreement, Ferrari will incorporate a Cahoots software download button on the Ferrari NA home page. Ferrari's Website (http://www.ferrari.com) is one of the world's most popular automotive sites, with over 2 million hits per day. Ferrari will also distribute Cahoots software via CD-ROM in Rosso Ferrari, Ferrari's print magazine, and at Ferrari-sponsored race events such as the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, 50th Anniversary, taking place in Monterey, California in August, 2000.
    The Cahoots network enables live communication among all Web users across all Websites, dramatically enhancing the Web as a medium for collaboration, commerce, interpersonal connection and information gathering. Using Cahoots, Website visitors can see and talk to each other and to Website personnel, speaking live via voice or text, sending instant messages and posting notes in site-specific Cahoots Info Centers. Visitors to the Ferrari site will soon be able participate in a variety of real-time Cahoots-enabled discussions moderated by Ferrari representatives.
