iRV.com Adds Features to Web Site

    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--March 24, 2000--

The addition of real-time news and web based email are steps in the
    Company's plan to become the RV enthusiast's primary destination
    online by continually expanding the site's content.

    The Southshore Corporation (OTCBB:SHSO), announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, iRV, Inc. has added real-time news and web based email to www.iRV.com.
    The site now features RV related stories as well as travel news, health news, national headlines and sports stories from iSyndicate, The Content Marketplace.
