The gas and oil exploration company, based in Bowling Green, sponsored the 20-year-old driver in 1999, and once again has agreed to sign on as Racing Rose's primary sponsor. He is really gaining momentum in the racing world, and has an exciting career ahead of him. He also has a very experienced crew, headed up by Joey Davis of Columbia, Tennessee, so we want to be the first on board to see him perform at his best level," said Hugh Sackett, Chief Operating Officer at Robo. Rose, number 72 in the late-model stock car division of NASCAR, ran in the top ten position during several 1999 competitions. The Western Kentucky University pre-law undergraduate has numerous finishes within the top 15, and gained a starting position within the top five at the 1999 TNN Late-Model 200. "This sponsorship is enabling me to do what I enjoy most, so it's very pleasing to know that Robo Enterprises is behind us again this year. I know that they are enthusiastic, as I am, about the professionals who enabled us to be so productive in our first year of racing. I hope to work my way up in the standings this year, and I'm looking forward to the season so I can really represent Robo Enterprises," said Rose. Racing Rose, based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, was formed in 1999. The team has over 100 years of combined experience in the racing industry, and includes members: Joey Davis, crew chief; Bobby Ray Jones, chassis engineer of Birmingham, Alabama, and recipient of the True Value mechanic of the year award; Rick Townsend, chassis fabricator; Jeff Hamner, engine builder and Southern All-Stars and All-Pro stand-out; Ernest Dale, assistant crew chief; and Brian Rose, driver of the #72 Robo Enterprises Monte Carlo. Pit crew members include: Chris Zachary, Tommy Kennedy, Greg Harrell, Tommy Berry, Buford Odom, Trent Odom, and William McDonald.
