eParts eXchange appoints SENIOR Vice President

    ALSIP, Ill., March 22 eParts eXchange ( http://www.goepx.com ),
an emerging B2B global online marketplace for automotive aftermarket parts
that will service the $400 billion global automotive aftermarket, announced
today that it has named Donald W. McEntee as Senior Vice President.  Mr.
McEntee previously served as Vice President of Marketing for Universal Brake
Parts, a subsidiary of Universal Automotive Industries, Inc., which is also
the parent corporation of eParts eXchange.
    Before joining Universal, the twenty-one year industry veteran served as
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ampere Automotive Corporation.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in significantly growing that company's
business and establishing the name as an industry recognized brand.  Prior
roles for this Northwood University graduate included assignments with Fortune
100 companies such as TRW, Inc. and Varity, Inc.  In this new position, Mr.
McEntee will be responsible for organizing and directing the start-up
activities of this new division.
