FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Car Care Council (419) 734-5343 The C.A.R. Show: "Phenomenal Growth" The widest reaching automotive talk show on commercial radio just reached out further. The rapidly growing Consumer Automotive Repair (C.A.R.) Show just signed on with the legendary CKLW, a 50,000 watt station in Windsor, Ontario, across the Detroit River from the "Motor City" and heard throughout the Great Lakes region. Show hosts Roger Kwapich and Dan Pietras, with Steve Masters are heard by an audience of more than two million every Saturday. The two hour program, a service of the Car Care Council, now can be heard in every corner of the planet, thanks to the cooperation of Armed Forces Radio, Liberty Works Network, Soldiers Radio Network and over 100 commercial radio stations throughout North America. It also can be heard via streaming audio on the Internet. "We get calls from Europe, the Middle East and Australia," says Kwapich. "This makes the program even more interesting for the audience worldwide. Vehicles may be somewhat different from country to country, although that difference narrows in a world economy, but the problems drivers face are universal. "This may be part of the reason for the phenomenal growth of the C.A.R. Show." Advertisers on the Consumer Automotive Repair Show include: Prolong Super Lubricants, Dana Corporation (featuring Clevite Engine Parts, Perfect Circle, and Victor Reinz), BWD Automotive, Raybestos, Napa/Echlin, Wix Filtration Products, ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence), I-CAR and the Automotive Repower Council.
