Federal-Mogul Appoints James N. Fisher, Director, Electronic CommunicationSOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 22 Kimberly A. Welch, vice president, Corporate Communications, Federal-Mogul Corporation announces the appointment of James N. Fisher to the position of director, electronic communication, effective immediately. "In this role, Jim will be responsible for the development and growth of Federal-Mogul's intranet and internet sites as best-in-class communication tools," said Welch. "Jim brings over 15 years experience in automotive communications to the organization and we are pleased to have him on our team." Fisher joins Federal-Mogul from Honeywell International Inc., formerly AlliedSignal Inc. During his six-year tenure with Honeywell, he held the position of director, communications - Friction Materials Group, and previously, director, public relations - Automotive Sector Headquarters. Prior to this, Fisher served in public relations at Case Corporation and has held managerial positions in public relations and communications with United Technologies Automotive. Fisher earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Central Michigan University. He is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
