Trac Thor Distributors in Mexico and K-Team in Korea Have Joined HD America's Heavy Duty Truck Parts Network

    ST. LOUIS, March 21 HD America, Inc. announces that Trac
Thor Distributors in Mexico and K-Team in Korea have joined its growing list
of International Distributors.  Additionally, agreements are being finalized
with two large multi-country European Distributors that will be announced in
the very near future.
    Ken Walker, Director of International Business Development, states "the
on-going addition of International Partners assures HD America of long terms
sales growth and vastly expands its global product offering".  Walker adds
