Sense Technologies Acquires Intellectual Properties From Leading Electronics Inventor
OMAHA, Neb.--March 21, 2000--Sense Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SNSGF and Canadian Venture Exchange:SSE), a leading manufacturer of quality safety products for the transportation industry, announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to develop and commercialize ten intellectual property concepts in the general field of electronic communications invented by Dr. Keith Wycoff. Existing technologies patented by Dr. Wycoff are used as fundamental componentry in various products marketed by Motorola, Panasonic, NEC and Ericsson.The memorandum states that upon issuance of a United States patent and sale of 50,000 equivalent unit products for each technology, Sense Technologies will cause to be issued 50,000 shares of its performance escrow stock for each intellectual property, to Dr. Keith Wycoff, subject to Canadian Venture Exchange approval. The intellectual property concepts granted to Sense Technologies cover filters, bandwidth compression, separation of signals, frequency compression and battery conservation.
