CLEARWATER, Fla.--March 21, 2000--IMRglobal Corp. ("IMRglobal") , a leading global provider of e-business and information technology solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a series of contracts by a world leader in automobile equipment manufacturing. The contracts are for projects which have a multi-million dollar value and range from one to three years. They deal with the customer's e-business initiatives, as well as application maintenance covering legacy systems and interfacing Oracle financials with its existing systems and report writing capabilities. IMRglobal will be assisting in the design of unique e-commerce sites which leverage its existing delivery infrastructure.
