West Coast Atlantic Racing Series Runs April 22,23 At Las Vegas Motor Speedway; We Need Drivers!

    RIVERSIDE, Calif.--March 20, 2000--The newly-formed West Coast Atlantic Racing Series' next race is April 22 and 23 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The race will be in conjunction with the HSR-West racing schedule on the road course. We need drivers!
    Also of interest is an IRL race scheduled for the Oval Track on the same weekend.
    Future race dates as published include June 24-25 at Thunderhill Park, Willows, Calif. and October 7-8 Willow Springs International Raceway, Rosamond, Calif. A possible addition to this schedule is June 3-4 and October 14-15 at Sears Point with the NASA San Francisco group.

    About West Coast Atlantic Racing Series

    The West Coast Atlantic Racing Series allows all Formula Atlantic cars to compete regardless of engine, chassis, or year of manufacture. Beyond the four race dates confirmed, series organizers are developing one or two additional races for 2000. The series will focus on providing a driver-friendly atmosphere featuring ample track time and minimum rulemaking. By April 2000, the West Coast Atlantic Racing Series will also have its own Web site, www.westcoast-atlantics.com.
