Owosso Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., March 20 Owosso Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors
has authorized payment of the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend of
$0.06 per share.  The dividend is payable May 4, 2000 to shareholders of
record on April 10, 2000.
