Future Three Announces the Release of AutoScan 2.0

    NORTHVILLE, Mich., March 16 Future Three, Inc., developers
of integrated e-business-to-business, release accounting and shipping control
applications for automotive suppliers, announces the release of AutoScan 2.0.
    AutoScan is Future Three's bar coding application that allows automotive
suppliers to meet trading partners' label scanning and printing requirements,
while speeding up the shipping process and increasing accuracy and
flexibility.  The upgraded AutoScan 2.0 application accommodates General
Motors' recent requirements for two dimensional barcode label symbologies
(2D).  AutoScan 2.0 users have the capability to print and scan to verify GM's
B-142D labels mandated by GM.  In addition, AutoScan 2.0 is upgraded to 32-bit
application to allow for Windows NT.
    Future Three is active in developing guidelines for the use of two-
dimensional symbologies as an automatic identification technology within the
automotive industry.  Future Three's AutoScan 2.0 integrates required
automatic 2D identification technologies with electronic data interchange
(EDI).  The system also offers a flexible label designer, useful reporting,
and enhanced support of multiple printer types.
