Harmon AutoGlass Names New Human Resources Director

    MINNEAPOLIS--March 13, 2000--Harmon AutoGlass, the retail auto glass unit of Apogee Enterprises' Glass Services business segment, announced that Duane Lubbers has joined the company as human resources director for Harmon AutoGlass Operations.
    Lubbers brings 21 years of human resources management experience to Harmon AutoGlass, most recently serving as the Manager of Training and Development for Nash Finch Company, a leading wholesale grocery distributor headquartered in Edina, Minn. In this position, he was responsible for designing and leading employee development programs for more than 12,000 internal associates.
    Lubbers also held division human resources management roles with Nash Finch Company in Grand Island, Neb. and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
