    CLACKAMAS, Ore., March 10 Warn Industries, the leading
manufacturer, marketer and brand of original equipment and aftermarket
automotive products based in Clackamas, Oregon, has named Jon Kreitz Chief
Executive Officer. Kreitz was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Warn's
Off-Road Products division. The announcement follows Warn's recent purchase by
a group of senior managers and a pair of institutional investors, including
Endeavour Capital and Norwest Equity.

     Kreitz has 25 years of proven leadership and entrepreneurial performance
in developing and growing successful and profitable manufacturing businesses.
Mr. Kreitz was COO of Off-Road Products since 1994. Under his direction, a new
global market category for ATV products was developed, delivering substantial
growth in revenue and profits.
    Prior to joining Warn, Kreitz served from 1975 to 1994 as Vice President,
Business Development with the Oregon Saw Chain Division of Blount, Inc. (a
company with $200 million in revenues). In that capacity, Kreitz filled a
variety of roles including mergers and acquisitions, sales, marketing,
manufacturing, information systems management and operations management.
    Mr. Kreitz is also an Executive Board Member of Tread Lightly!, a guest
lecturer for the University of Oregon Executive MBA Program and frequent
keynote speaker on the subjects of innovation, entrepreneurship and corporate
development.  He has a B.S. - Marketing from the University of Oregon.
