    --

Johnston Family to Uncover Car at Noon Thursday at iMotors'
Delivery Center Near Ontario Mills Mall

WHAT: An Azusa family won an iMotors.com car that was covered and
hung from a crane as part of the online car retailer's
"What's Under the Hood" contest. Duane and Nancy Johnston
and two of their children will remove the canvas cover off
the vehicle and take ownership Thursday. The car was awarded
to the entrant who came closest to guessing the correct
make, model, year, series, color and options.

The wrapped car was suspended from a crane Feb. 16 to Feb.
22 near the intersection of I-10 and I-15 at the Ontario
Mills Mail. The car was displayed at freeway locations in
Van Nuys and Long Beach and at the Pomona Speedway. It was
also displayed on the iMotors' website at www.imotors.com.

The vehicle is an SUV, which provides the room needed for
the family and their five children.

WHO: Duane and Nancy Johnston, children Erin Johnston, 17, and
Alex Salisbury, 17. The Johnstons have three other
children. They are a vehicle-involved family: Duane works at
an auto repair shop in Covina, Nancy is a driving instructor
          with a firm in Montebello.

WHEN: Thursday, March 9, 2000. Noon.

WHERE: iMotors Delivery Center; 880 N. Rochester Ave., Ontario, CA
91764. It is in a strip mall directly east of Ontario Mills
          Mall.

WHY: iMotors.com is the Internet's first and only used car
retailer. The event is part of the iMotors campaign to
underscore its launch in Southern California as a new kind
of online car company. iMotors.com is not a referral service,
broker or auction site. iMotors.com gives customers the
freedom to custom order one- to five-year-old used cars on
the Internet. Customers can specify make, model, year,
options and color -- and are guaranteed a price lower than
the Kelley Blue Book retail price. Once ordered, iMotors
finds, buys, tests, inspects and certifies each car. iMotors
then delivers the car at a convenient iMotors Delivery
Center and backs it with a 7-day/700-mile money-back
          guarantee and a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty.
