AutoMall Online Announces New Marketing TeamSPRINGFIELD, Va., March 6 Company President Gene Hickman announced a new marketing team for AutoMall Online. According to Hickman, "Our new marketing group will greatly expand the company's ability to forge strategic partnerships and drive Internet traffic to our revolutionary website." Leading the team will be Eric Jowett, AutoMall Online's Vice-President for Marketing and Communications. Jowett spent the past decade working in public affairs and media relations in Washington, DC. In the early 1990s, he served as an assistant to the Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice, and later moved to the U.S. Department of State. Jowett also served in national campaign organizations for the last four presidential elections. Most recently, he directed political development programs in Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union at the International Republican Institute (IRI), a non- profit and non-partisan organization chaired by U.S. Senator John McCain. In this role, Jowett advised political and government leaders abroad on issues of media relations, public opinion research, and communications strategy. In addition, Mike Craig and John Preski have joined AutoMall Online as Marketing Managers. Craig previously served as: Senior Account Executive with McCaw Cellular (wireless); National Accounts Manager with Sprint Corporation; and Senior Sales Consultant with Intermedia Communications, Inc. Most recently, he served as co-founder and Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing of LocalNet Communications, Inc., now known as e.TV Commerce, a subsidiary of Compu-DAWN, Inc. As a result of his diverse industry experience, Craig was recently selected to chair the "Presidential Advisory Board," a regularly scheduled round-table discussion comprising company executives and top producers sharing ideas affecting the telecom industry. John Preski is a strategic marketing expert who previously served as Vice President of Business Development for Steel Beach Productions, an innovative and growing computer-based training company. His original research and understanding of the practical application of technology road maps for long range planning have continually proven effective for numerous organizations such as the Department of Defense, the State of Florida, the Electrical Trade Union, and McGraw-Hill Publishing. John is a United States Naval Academy Graduate with degrees in Engineering and Applied Science in Computer Programming. His active-duty service with the U.S. Navy included extensive tours as a Naval Flight Officer and a Training Officer Rounding out the team is AutoMall Online's new Marketing Associate, Thomas J. Woodley, a recent graduate from the College of William & Mary, where he majored in marketing at the university's School of Business.
