MotorVac's New Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange System

6 March 2000

MotorVac Broadens Industrial Product Line With New Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange System

SANTA ANA, Calif.--March 6, 2000--MotorVac Technologies Inc. Monday announced INDUSTRIAL TRANSTECH(TM), a revolutionary new fluid exchange system for servicing Allison and other heavy-duty automatic transmissions.
INDUSTRIAL TRANSTECH operates while the engine is idling, easily connects through the transmission cooler lines and will replace virtually 100 percent of the vehicle's transmission fluid including the fluid in the valve body and torque converter.
The portable unit operates on either 12 or 24 volt power and has an advanced electronic interface with a one-touch "Drain Pan" button for servicing the filter inside the oil pan. The unit automatically controls the flow direction of the fluid so there are no adjustments to be made once the simple connections are complete.
"We are pleased to announced this most recent addition to our expanding industrial product line, which also includes Industrial LeakChek(TM) leak detection system, and the IDT4000(TM) diesel fuel system cleaning machine," stated Lee Melody, president and chief executive officer of MotorVac.
"INDUSTRIAL TRANSTECH leverages off of our TRANSTECH II(R) automotive automatic transmission fluid exchange system which has been extremely successful since its debut in 1998."
Added Melody: "The traditional method of draining a heavy-duty automatic transmission is ineffective and time-consuming. With INDUSTRIAL TRANSTECH technicians can now properly service a large automatic in minutes compared to hours."
