SCCA- ROOKIE DEALVA CAPTURES POLE FOR ROUND TWO OF PRO SPEC RACER

PHOENIX, Ariz. - Paul deAlva, of Phoenix, Ariz., captured the pole for Sunday's
Pro Spec Racer race at Phoenix International Raceway. Carl Harris, of Houston, 
Texas and James Goughary, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. rounded out the top three.

	In damp track conditions, deAlva driving the No. 03 Paco Racing/LaRue
Motorsports  Spec Racer won the pole on the last lap of the session with a
time 1:12.130 (75.613 mph).

	"The track was drying and I managed to get a quick lap in right at the
end," said deAlva. "Being from this region certainly helped. I'm going go
for the win, but I know some very quick guys are behind me."

	Driving the No. 69 Four Seasons Radiator Spec Racer, Harris starts second
after posting a quick time of 1:12.566 (75.159 mph). Harris will look to
improve on his third place finish in yesterday's race.

	Starting third is Goughary in the No. 29 Racerman Motorsports Spec Racer
with a time of 1:12.592 (75.132 mph).
