SATX Contracts Sales and Training Organization

3 March 2000

SATX Contracts Sales and Training Organization for Development Of Service Infrastructure
TAMPA, Fla., March 3 -- SATX, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SATX)
announced today that the company has contracted with Attaway Technology Group
(ATG) of Orlando to recruit installation and service organizations to support
the AlphaTrak paging-activated GPS systems.
ATG will be responsible for developing a nationwide network of automobile
aftermarket dealers and service organizations capable of installing and
servicing the AlphaTrak system. Such organizations will include automobile
stereo and security system dealerships, as well as other companies for whom
AlphaTrak would be a natural and attractive business extension.
SATX chairman and CEO Merritt Jesson stated that the move is in keeping
with the company's policy of outsourcing key functions required for the rapid
market deployment and support of licensed technologies. "In the case of
AlphaTrak, some of our largest potential licensing partners prefer that third-
party organizations manage the details of installation and service." Said
Jesson, "ATG will be responsible for finding and training those
organizations."
Jesson further stated that aside from providing installation and service
for large licensing partners, these authorized organizations would also be
licensed to sell AlphaTrak to their own customers.
ATG founder and president Chris Attaway has extensive experience in
technology sales, and sales training. "We will be actively recruiting
authorized installers within three weeks." Said Attaway, "And by then, we'll
also have a recruitment web site in operation so we can cover a lot more
ground via the Internet."
