announced the appointment of Bob Thomas (former president and CEO of Nissan
Motor Corporation USA) as president and CEO. Effective immediately, Thomas
will assume leadership responsibility for DreamLot.com's vision and strategic
development.

    Thomas, an automotive industry veteran with more than 25 years of
experience, combines forces with Michael Yang, a renowned e-commerce pioneer
and former CEO and co-founder of mySimon.com (recently acquired by CNET(TM)).
Together, Thomas and Yang will take online automotive shopping to the next
level.

    Thomas held key positions at Ford Motor Co.(TM) and Nissan. He was
responsible for national vehicle sales, marketing and distribution for both
the Nissan and Infiniti brands.
    Thomas joins DreamLot.com from Republic Industries' AutoNation(TM), the
world's largest automotive retailing organization, where he served as their
executive vice-president of strategic marketing. Cited as a visionary in the
industry, Thomas twice was included on the prestigious Automotive News' "All
Star Team" for executive leadership and marketing achievements.
