    ST. LOUIS, March 1 -- HD AMERICA, INC. announces that Truck
Parts Specialists of Augusta, Inc., Augusta, Ga. has joined it distribution
network.
    Truck Parts Specialists, serves the Eastern Georgia and Western South
Carolina markets and the surrounding area.  They supply replacement and
service parts to the heavy-duty truck, off-road, and construction equipment
markets.
    Its affiliation with HD America extends Truck Parts Specialists' product
offerings to better serve its customers with over 250 lines by 180 leading
manufacturers.
