    E-Commerce Section Offers Products, Information for Truck Enthusiasts

    CORTE MADERA, Calif., March 1 -- PickupTruck.com , the
premier online community for pickup truck enthusiasts, today launched its e-
commerce section, "Shop @ PickupTruck.com" offering pickup truck owners and
enthusiasts online shopping access to outdoor gear, towing accessories,
upgrades and repair manuals for more than 20 pickup truck models.
    The online store will only offer a select choice of popular accessories
specifically chosen for pickup truck enthusiasts by pickup truck enthusiasts.
"Shop @ PickupTruck.com" provides products and information that fit the active
lifestyle of pickup truck owners and do-it-your-selfers.
    "PickupTruck.com visitors tell us they want a mix of fun and functionality
from their trucks," said Michael Levine, Founder and President of
PickupTruck.com.  "They're likely to take their trucks camping in the woods,

their pickup truck ownership experience."

    "Shop @ PickupTruck.com" is initially starting with four sections:

    *  Outdoor Gear
       This section includes the Sportz Truck Tent, Roadmaster Battery Pack
       and DC to AC Inverter.

    *  Towing Accessories
       Site visitors can choose from a large selection of ball mounts, trailer
       mounts and other accessories from Valley Industries.

    *  Buddy Bars
       This section includes the Buddy Bar Cargo Brace, which keeps cargo from
       sliding in the truck bed; the Buddy Bar Divider Attachment, which
       separates and secures cargo in the truck bed; the Buddy Bar Hoop
       Attachment, which is used to secure larger items in the truck bed; and,
       the Buddy Bar Bike Rack.

    *  Repair Manuals
       This section includes Haynes Repair Manuals with instructions for
       complete tear-down and rebuild of more than 20 domestic and import
       pickup truck models; and, HP Books a collection of comprehensive do-it-
       yourself manuals that cover specific topics such as engine re-builds
       and performance enhancements.

    The launch of "Shop @ PickupTruck.com" is the second major e-commerce
initiative for PickupTruck.com this year.  In January, the Web site announced
a relationship with CarsDirect.com , allowing its community members to order,
finance and arrange for delivery of a new truck over the Web.  The launch of
"Shop @ PickupTruck.com" and the agreement with CarsDirect.com are two
important steps in meeting the needs of PickupTruck's growing community of
pickup truck owners and enthusiasts.
