SANLUIS Rassini to Supply Kenworth MexicanaSANLUIS Rassini will be the Primary Supplier of Front Parabolic Suspensions for the T-600 and T-800 Class 8 Heavy Truck Platforms MEXICO CITY, Feb. 28 -- SANLUIS Rassini, a subsidiary of SANLUIS Corporacion, S.A. de C.V. (BMV: SANLUIS), a leading supplier to original equipment manufacturers of highly engineered auto parts, today announced that it has been selected as Kenworth Mexicana's primary supplier of front parabolic leaf springs for the T-600 and T-800 Class 8 heavy truck platforms. "This agreement is the result of hard work by both companies to design a component that can be manufactured in Mexico," said Mr. Victor Manuel Cabreros, Purchasing Director of Kenworth Mexicana "SANLUIS Rassini's expertise, knowledge, and capacity will allow them to meet all of Kenworth Mexicana's quality requirements," he added. SANLUIS Rassini will manufacture approximately 14,000 suspensions per year for an estimated value of US$1.3 million in the first year. The T-600 and T-800 Class 8 platforms (with a capacity to tow or load between 33,000 to 46,000 pounds) will be manufactured at Kenworth Mexicana's facilities in Mexicali, Baja California.
