CCC Information Services Names Mary Jo Prigge President of CCC U.S.; New Business Unit Created as Part of Significant Reorganization

    CHICAGO--Feb. 28, 2000--Githesh Ramamurthy, Chief Executive Officer and President of CCC Information Services Inc., , announced today that Mary Jo Prigge has assumed the duties of President of CCC U.S. Prigge previously was Executive Vice President of CCC's Claims Operations, a position she had held since 1998.
    As President of CCC U.S., Prigge will direct CCC's domestic Insurance, Automotive Services, Claims Operations and Marketing divisions.
    "Mary Jo's new role is part of an exciting series of events that are transforming CCC," commented Ramamurthy. "She is an instrumental leader in our organization and has the vision, drive and motivation to take our U.S. business unit into the next century."
    CCC recently reorganized to strategically position the company for future growth. The company's new structure includes four businesses and three shared services groups. The businesses are CCC U.S., CCC International, Consumer Services and e-Commerce. Shared services groups function across the entire organization and include Product Development, Finance and Legal, and Human Resources and Employee Services.

    Prigge, age 41, joined CCC in October of 1998 as the company's Executive Vice President of Operations. She was directly responsible for CCC's Customer Support, Total Loss, ACCESS and CARS organizations. Prigge was instrumental in streamlining the company's operations and implemented new technology and standards to improve client service and satisfaction. In November of 1999, Prigge also became responsible for the revenue of CCC's Insurance customer base.
