SPX Service Solutions Wins Ford Motor Essential Service Tool Contract

    WARREN, Mich., Feb. 25 -- Service Solutions, a unit of SPX
Corporation, today announced the signing of a global, Tier 1 contract with
Ford Motor Company for its essential service tool business.  The multi-year
contract includes the development, validation, manufacturing and distribution
of essential special service tools for all Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealers
worldwide.
