FinishMaster, Inc. Announces South Carolina Acquisition

    INDIANAPOLIS--Feb. 23, 2000--FinishMaster, Inc. today announced it has acquired Advanced Color & Supply, Inc., located in South Carolina. Through the acquisition, FinishMaster will add three strategic locations and solidify the Company's market presence in South Carolina.
    "The Advanced acquisition will help our growth and improve operating efficiencies in this important region," said Wes Dearbaugh, President and Chief Operating Officer. "This acquisition is our second in 2000 and continues the implementation of our acquisition and growth strategy. During 1999, we completed six acquisitions."
